During the tour we will visit most important sights of both countries: Armenia and Georgia.

Together we will:

The tour starts in Tbilisi and ends in Yerevan (arrival and departure from the local airport), it is possible to extend accommodation upon agreement with the hotel.

Arrival, transfer to the hotel
Whatever flight you choose, we will organise an individual transfer for you.- In between, the T4G team recommends:
- Take a funicular trip to the Mtatsminda park
- Try the doughnuts at the Funicular restaurant with the best view of the city
- Test the famous sulphur baths
- Wander around the Dry bridge and find some unique souvenirs

Tbilisi and Mtskheta
Duration: 8 hours
During the city tour we'll see the Liberty Square, Gabriadze Theatre, the ancient Anchiskhati basilica, Sioni cathedral and Metekhi church, have a walk in the Rike park. Take the cable car to the Narikala fortress, come down to the sulfur baths and have a rest at the waterfall in the Legvtakhevi Canyon.
After we visit the old capital of Georgia - Mtskheta, Svetitskhoveli cathedral and Jvari monastery, admire the famous view and learn about the christianisation of Georgia.

Wine tour to Kakheti
Duration: 10-12 hours
- See one of the main sanctuaries of Georgia – the Bodbe monastery – where St. Nino is buried
- Walk through the "City of Love" – Sighnaghi – with a 24-hour marriage registry!
- Admire the impressive landscapes of the Great Caucasus and Alazani Valley
- Taste best Kakhetian wines at Kindzmarauli wine factory and learn about the wine making traditions in Georgia
- Have Georgian lunch with barbecue and great kvevri (traditionally made) wine

Georgian Military Road
Duration: 10-12 hours
Today we'll go along one of the most scenic roads in the world and see:
- The azure Zhinvali water reservoir
- The Middle Age castle of Ananuri
- The confluence of White and Black Aragvi
- Mountain views on the Cross pass
- The Gergeti Trinity Church located at the foot of the Kazbek mountain at a height of 2200 m. asl
- Gorgeous Kazbek mountain (5033 m. asl)

Moving to Armenia, Lori region
It will take us an hour to get to the border, 30 minutes to cross it, after we will drive through the most green of all provinces in Armenia - Lori.
We will visit beautifull cathedralsm build in the Middle Ages by famous architechts: Odzun, Akhpat and Sanain. Enjoy views of Debed canyon and mountains.

Erevan tour, brandy tasting
Walking tour of Yerevan: we will go up the Cascade, walk along the Northern avenue, see the Opera, the Republic Square and have a look into the Armenian History Museum. It has unique exibits on display, including a 5000-year old shoe, wedge writing of King Argishti I mentioning the foundation of the city in 782 BC, and a very big collection of jewelry. After lunch we will visit "Ararat", the Yerevan brandy distillery, and taste the brandy. After that we will continue with a bus tour of the city and make a trip to the Tsitsernakaberd monument. Garni and Geghard
Duration: 8-10 hours
Early departure, on the way we will stop by the Charenz arch with the best view of Yerevan and the Ararat.
The Garni temple is a pagan temple of the I century AD, the only monument of the Hellenistic period that survived till our days in Armenia. We will take a tour of the temple territory and the remains of ancient baths. After that we will go down to the ravine and see a true natural miracle – the Symphony of Stones. The hexagonal pillars of extinct lava hanging over the rock fascinate and catch the eye.
After the walk we will have lunch and a master class of baking the Armenian lavash.
Then we go to the Gegard complex. Besides its amazing architecture, the monastery is famous for its relics and incomparable acoustics.

Khor Virap, Noravank
Duration: 8-10 hours
We will approach the Turkish border to see the Ararat mountain at its best, and visit the Khor Virap monastery from where the Christianity in Armenia began. On the way back we will go on an exciting tour of the Megeryan carpet factory.
On the way we will see the Bird's cave in the Areni valley, where a 5000-old shoe was found and traces of the most ancient winery in the world. After local wines tasting and lunch we will go to the middle age monastery of Noravank. The complex is surrounded by red rocks and is known as one of the best examples of Armenian architecture.
